Our plant is located in Yichuan Henan, where is one of the three big abrasive producing bases in China. The plant has dedicated to producing quality abrasive grains since Sep. 2005, our annual production of such fused alumina material is over 30,000 tons (20,000mt grit for refractories, 10,000mt grit for abrasives) all products accomplish and meet international standard (FEPA84/JISR6001-87/ISO86 and ANSI76), and we can also produce custom specified sizes against request. Our products cover Brown Fused Alumina, White Aluminum Oxide, Pink Fused Alumina, Silicon Carbide, Alumina-Zirconia, Spinel, Fused Silica, Fused Magnesite, Alumina Bubbles, Garnet, Boron Carbide, Alumina Cement etc. 

Our plant covers approx 13,000 square meters and equipped with one high temperature electric furnace, two automatic Barmac production lines and one ball mill processing line, there're water washing workshop and a precision sieving workshop. Our laboratory staffs strictly inspect the grit sizes and analysis its chemical contents regularly to assure that we can provide superior and consistent quality products to our customers. At the same time, we also pay attention to environmental protection. All of our production equipments are equipped with dust removal system to comply with national environmental requirements, which not only avoided the dust pollution during production process but also ensured the workers' health as well as the product's cleanliness.
